
A set of these worlds, called a Super World, can then be published by players to Course World for others to play. World Maker allows players compile different levels from Coursebot into their own worlds. When playing Multiplayer Versus, only levels that have the Multiplayer Versus tag will be chosen (levels that don’t have it will be unavailable).Players can now publish up to 3 worlds.Players can set what happens when the player gets a game over.Worlds can now be searched for similar to normal stages.The amount of stages players can add is now 7, alongside the 1 stage the player can add in the castle, making for 8 stages in a world overall.Each world can now be 9x7 tiles in size.This can be selected in the options menu. The player now has the option to completely skip the live screen after dying.As a result of this, enlargening a Yoshi Egg goes back to how it works in the original Super Mario Maker. Red Yoshi Eggs are now their own item rather than obtained by enlarging a Yoshi Egg.The Koopa Troopa Car has been removed due to the introduction of the new Kart.Frozen Coins have been removed due to the introduction of the new Ice Block.The SMB2 Mushroom has been removed, since Super Mario Bros.Doing the former will also allow you to remove the flag pole from the level. The player can now set whether completing the clear condition automatically allows you to win the level or not.A level can now have two clear conditions rather than one.


Night theme, due to the introduction of being able to change factors, has become more of an aesthetic change.Though certain themes will still have default factors put into them, they can be changed.
